Paragraph 3: Updates

Updates to digital content or a digital service are governed by this subsection. For the purposes of this subsection, updates mean updates or modifications to maintain, adapt or evolve the functionalities of the digital content or digital service, including security updates, whether or not such updates are necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital content or digital service.
