Section I: Membership of an approved professional association

The intermediaries referred to in 1°, 4° and 6° of Article R. 511-2 who also carry out banking and payment services brokerage activities may join only one association, provided that the association is approved for all their activities.

When the authorisation of an association is withdrawn under the conditions set out in Section IV, or in the event of dissolution for any reason whatsoever, brokers and their agents mentioned in 1° and 4° of Article R. 511-2 who are members of the association must join a new approved association within three months of notification of the decision to withdraw authorisation or the date of dissolution.
