Victims of offences are entitled to the assistance of an interpreter during their hearing in accordance with the procedures laid down by the provisions of articles D. 594-2, D. 594-4 and D. 594-5. Where the victim does not understand the French language, he or she is entitled, at his or her request, to a translation of the information essential to the exercise of his or her rights, in particular of the receipt for the lodging of a complaint given to him or her pursuant to Article 15-3.
