Any commercial guarantee contract referred to in article L. 217-21 entered into in connection with the sale of a good shall include a box in accordance with the model shown in the appendix to article D. 211-2. .

Any contract for a commercial guarantee of durability referred to in article L. 217-23 shall include a box in accordance with the model shown in the annex to article D. 211-2.

Any commercial guarantee contract referred to in Article L. 224-25-27, entered into in connection with the supply of digital content and digital services includes a box in accordance with the model shown in the annex to Article D. 211-3 or Article D. 211-4, as appropriate. .
