On declaration by the natural person, the deletion from the National Register of Companies is mentioned therein with an indication of the date of cessation, unless use is made of the option provided for in c of 2° of article R. 123-247.

In the event of the death of the natural person, upon declaration by the heirs and universal successors, the removal from the National Register of Companies shall be mentioned therein with an indication of the date of cessation, unless use is made of the option provided for in 3° of article R. 123-248.
