The award of financial aid for theatrical programming of short-lived cinematographic and audiovisual works is subject to the provisions of exempted aid scheme No SA.42681, relating to aid for culture and heritage conservation for the period 2014-2023, adopted on the basis of Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty.
