For each cinema, the amount of the direct allocation is determined by applying the percentage corresponding to the market share of this cinema to the amount of credits allocated to direct allocations.The amount of the direct allocation may not exceed 70% of the mathematical opposite of the gross operating surplus at fixed costs mentioned in article 2 of the aforementioned decree no. 2021-310 of 24 March 2021.
