Article 110-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Financial aid is granted by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée jointly or in partnership with other public or private entities.
The international agreements, regulatory texts or conventions that institute and organise this aid are mentioned by the provisions of these general regulations to which they refer.
This aid is assimilated to the aid mentioned in article 110-2 for the application of the provisions of Chapter II of Title II of this book, without prejudice to the application of the specific provisions set out in the texts mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Article 110-3

Des aides financières sont attribuées par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée conjointement ou en partenariat avec d’autres personnes publiques ou avec des personnes privées.
Les accords internationaux, les textes réglementaires ou les conventions qui instituent et organisent ces aides sont mentionnés par les dispositions du présent règlement général auxquels ils se rapportent.
Ces aides sont assimilées aux aides mentionnées à l’article 110-2 pour l’application des dispositions du chapitre II du titre II du présent livre, sans préjudice de l’application des dispositions particulières prévues par les textes mentionnés à l’alinéa précédent.
