Article 1180-17 of the French Code of civil procedure

Copies of the judge’s decisions may only be issued to the applicant, the parents and, where applicable, the ad hoc administrator.

Interested minors who have reached the age of majority may obtain copies of decisions concerning them.

Persons with a legitimate interest may also obtain extracts with the judge’s authorisation. The judge’s decision is a measure of judicial administration.

Il ne peut être délivré copie des décisions du juge qu’au requérant, aux parents et, le cas échéant, à l’administrateur ad hoc.


Le mineur intéressé devenu majeur peut obtenir copie des décisions le concernant.


Les personnes justifiant d’un intérêt légitime peuvent également en obtenir des extraits sur autorisation du juge. La décision du juge est une mesure d’administration judiciaire.
