Article 1317 of the French Code of civil procedure

The applicant submits to the bailiff a list of the persons who are to be called to the unsealing, including those who had requested the affixing and the persons who are to be called to the inventory pursuant to article 1329, as well as, where applicable, the administration in charge of the estates.

The bailiff sets the day and time when the seals will be unsealed.

The persons concerned shall be called to attend the unsealing by the bailiff, under the conditions provided for in the last paragraph of Article 1329.

Article 1317

Le requérant présente à l’huissier de justice une liste des personnes qui doivent être appelées à la levée des scellés, comprenant celles qui avaient requis l’apposition et les personnes devant être appelées à l’inventaire en application de l’article 1329, ainsi que, le cas échéant, l’administration chargée des domaines.

L’huissier de justice fixe le jour et l’heure où il sera procédé à la levée des scellés.

Les personnes concernées sont appelées à assister à la levée des scellés par l’huissier de justice, dans les conditions prévues au dernier alinéa de l’article 1329.
