Article 1325 of the French Code of civil procedure

If difficulties arise with regard to the measures provided for in this section, the parties or the judicial officer may refer the matter to the president of the judicial court by simple petition. The assistance of a lawyer is not compulsory.

If a dispute arises between the parties, the matter shall be referred to the president of the judicial court by the most diligent party. The dispute is lodged, investigated and judged according to the accelerated procedure on the merits.

S’il survient des difficultés relatives aux mesures prévues à la présente section, les parties ou l’huissier de justice peuvent en saisir le président du tribunal judiciaire par simple requête. Le ministère d’avocat n’est pas obligatoire.

Si une contestation oppose les parties entre elles, le président du tribunal judiciaire est saisi par la partie la plus diligente. La contestation est formée, instruite et jugée selon la procédure accélérée au fond.
