Article 133-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

If a member is unable to sit for a period of more than one month during his or her term of office for exceptional reasons, in particular due to requirements connected with filming or the promotion of a work, he or she may be temporarily replaced by decision of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 133-3

Lorsqu’en cours de mandat, un membre ne peut siéger pendant une période supérieure à un mois pour des raisons exceptionnelles, tenant notamment à des exigences liées à un tournage ou à la promotion d’une œuvre, il peut être procédé à son remplacement temporaire par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
