Article 1343 of the French Code of civil procedure

The curator’s mission is set by the curatorship order.

The curator may only deliver the particular or universal legacies granted by the deceased at the end of the period mentioned in article 810-1 of the Civil Code and where they are not opposed.

La mission du curateur est fixée par l’ordonnance de curatelle.

Le curateur ne peut délivrer les legs particuliers ou à titre universel consentis par le défunt qu’à l’issue du délai mentionné à l’article 810-1 du code civil et lorsqu’ils ne font l’objet d’aucune opposition.
