Article 1354 of the French Code of civil procedure

The administration in charge of the estates is exempted from the need to use the services of a lawyer to request the dispatch of possession provided for in article 811 of the Civil Code.

It arranges for a notice to be inserted in a newspaper carrying legal notices distributed within the jurisdiction of the competent court.

The court rules on the application, after receiving the opinion of the public prosecutor, four months after the publicity provided for in the previous paragraph has been carried out.
