When the conventional phase has made it possible to bring the case to trial and to reach a partial agreement on the substance of the dispute, the application for reinstatement is accompanied by a lawyer’s deed drawn up under the conditions provided for in article 1374 of the Civil Code , formalising the points agreed between the parties, as well as the respective claims of the parties in relation to the points on which they remain in dispute, accompanied by the pleas in fact and in law on which each of these claims is based, with an indication for each claim of the documents relied on.
