Article 1651 D of the French General Tax Code

In addition to the chairman, the commission includes four representatives of the taxpayers appointed by the chambers of agriculture with jurisdiction in the administrative court and three representatives of the administration for the purpose of setting the rates of property assessment for undeveloped properties or the updating coefficients.

Pour la fixation des tarifs des évaluations foncières des propriétés non bâties ou des coefficients d’actualisation, la commission comprend, outre le président, quatre représentants des contribuables désignés par les chambres d’agriculture compétentes dans le ressort du tribunal administratif et trois représentants de l’administration.
