Article 211-37 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Subject to the provisions of article 211-36, the sums representing the automatic financial aid to which the production companies are entitled are entered in their automatic cinema production account in consideration of the specific stipulations set out in the co-production contract insofar as they correspond to the size of the contribution made by each of the production companies and the risks assumed by them. This contract and subsequent agreements involving a change in the contractual distribution of these sums are entered in the public film and audiovisual register.
No request to modify this distribution may be made after the production licence has been issued.
