Article 211-39 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In accordance with the Article L. 312-1 of the Code du cinéma et de l’image animée, the sums calculated and entered in the automatic cinema production account are non-transferable and non-seizable and may not be considered as operating revenue.
The allocation of the sums entered in the automatic cinema production account and their distribution may not be the subject of contractual stipulations likely to affect, directly or indirectly, this allocation or distribution.

Article 211-39

Conformément à l’article L. 312-1 du code du cinéma et de l’image animée, les sommes calculées et inscrites sur le compte automatique production cinéma sont incessibles et insaisissables et ne peuvent être considérées comme recettes d’exploitation.
L’affectation des sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique production cinéma ainsi que leur répartition ne peuvent faire l’objet de stipulations contractuelles de nature à porter atteinte, directement ou indirectement, à cette affectation ou à cette répartition.
