I.-When distribution approval has been granted for a film for which investment approval has been granted, the financial aid is awarded on a permanent basis and the sums are calculated and entered in the distribution company’s automatic cinema distribution account if production approval has been granted.
II.-However, if production approval is not granted within eight months of the issue of the cinematographic exhibition licence, the financial aid is definitively allocated and the sums are calculated and entered in the distribution company’s automatic cinema distribution account, when the following conditions are met:
1° The distribution company is not also the delegated producer or delegated co-producer of the work concerned;
2° The distribution company provides all documents, provided they have not already been provided by the production company, enabling verification that the work has been produced under the conditions set out in article 211-7 and article 211-13.
The President of the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée may refer the matter to the approval commission for analysis of the above documents.
III – If the conditions set out in I or II are not met, the sums allocated to the distribution company must be repaid and no sums are calculated or entered in its automatic cinema distribution account.
