Article 25 bis of the French Customs Code

Where the application of certain customs procedures is subject to the direct transport of goods, temporary or permanent derogations from this condition may be granted by the Minister for the Economy and Finance, after consultation with the other ministers concerned.

Lorsque l’application de certains régimes douaniers est subordonnée au transport direct des marchandises, des dérogations temporaires ou permanentes à cette condition peuvent être accordées par le ministre de l’économie et des finances, après consultation des autres ministres intéressés.
