Article 284 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The minutes and other exhibits or documents gathered in the course of the additional information shall be filed at the registry and attached to the record of the proceedings.

They shall be made available to the public prosecutor and the parties, who shall be notified of their filing by the registrar.

The public prosecutor may, at any time, request communication of the proceedings on condition that the exhibits are returned within twenty-four hours.

Les procès-verbaux et autres pièces ou documents réunis au cours du supplément d’information sont déposés au greffe et joints au dossier de la procédure.

Ils sont mis à la disposition du ministère public et des parties qui sont avisés de leur dépôt par les soins du greffier.

Le procureur général peut, à tout moment, requérir communication de la procédure à charge de rendre les pièces dans les vingt-quatre heures.
