Article 302 bis W of the French General Tax Code

A decree sets out the conditions for application of articles 302 bis S à 302 bis V and defines in particular the methods for calculating the net weight of meat. It also determines the criteria and procedures for modulating the fee, in particular the classification of cutting plants.

A joint order of the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Agriculture sets the fee rates.

Un décret fixe les conditions d’application des articles 302 bis S à 302 bis V et définit notamment les modalités de calcul du poids net de viande. Il détermine également les critères et modalités de modulation de la redevance, notamment le classement des ateliers de découpe.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé de l’agriculture fixe les taux de la redevance.
