Article 311-106 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The aid is paid as follows:

– 75% at the time of the award decision;
– 25% after presentation, no later than one year after the award decision, of the supporting documents mentioned on the list annexed to this book.

In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, this period may be extended for a period not exceeding six months, by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 311-106

L’aide est versée dans les conditions suivantes :

– 75 % au moment de la décision d’attribution ;
– 25 % après présentation, au plus tard un an après la décision d’attribution de l’aide, des documents justificatifs mentionnés sur la liste figurant en annexe du présent livre.

A titre exceptionnel et sur demande motivée du bénéficiaire, ce délai peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder six mois, par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
