Article 311-91 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Selective financial aid is awarded to production companies that do not hold an automatic audiovisual production account for the preparation of audiovisual works that belong to one of the following genres:
1° Fiction;
2° Animation;
3° Creative documentary;
4° Audiovisual adaptation of a live performance.

Des aides financières sélectives sont attribuées aux entreprises de production qui ne sont pas titulaires d’un compte automatique production audiovisuelle pour la préparation d’œuvres audiovisuelles qui appartiennent à l’un des genres suivants :
1° Fiction ;
2° Animation ;
3° Documentaire de création ;
4° Adaptation audiovisuelle de spectacle vivant.
