Article 312-35 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The beneficiary of a grant has a period of five months from the date of the decision to award the grant to submit the reworked version of the project to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, the aforementioned period may be extended for a period not exceeding six months, by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 312-35

Le bénéficiaire d’une aide dispose d’un délai de cinq mois à compter de la décision d’attribution de l’aide pour remettre au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée la version retravaillée du projet.
A titre exceptionnel et sur demande motivée du bénéficiaire, le délai précité peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder six mois, par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
