Article 312-37 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The grant is paid as follows:

-75% at the time of the award decision;
-25% after submission to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of the reworked version of the project.

Within the limits specified in article 312-36, aid is paid to authors and their collaborators according to the agreements between them.

Article 312-37

L’aide est versée dans les conditions suivantes :

-75 % au moment de la décision d’attribution ;
-25 % après remise au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée de la version retravaillée du projet.

Dans les limites précisées à l’article 312-36, le versement de l’aide est effectué aux auteurs et à leurs collaborateurs en fonction des conventions intervenues entre eux.
