Article 350 of the French Code of civil procedure

Any application for recusal against the first president of the court of appeal and any application for dismissal on grounds of legitimate suspicion against the court of appeal as a whole must be the subject of an application addressed to the first president of the Court of Cassation who, after receiving the opinion of the public prosecutor at the said court, shall rule without debate by means of an order. Articles 341, 342 and 344 to 348 are applicable.

Toute demande de récusation visant le premier président de la cour d’appel et toute demande de renvoi pour cause de suspicion légitime visant la cour d’appel dans son ensemble doivent faire l’objet d’une requête adressée au premier président de la Cour de cassation qui, après avis du procureur général près ladite cour, statue sans débat par une ordonnance. Les articles 341, 342 et 344 à 348 sont applicables.
