Article 377 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The minute of the judgment rendered after deliberation by the assize court and the minute of the judgments rendered by the court are signed by the president and the court clerk.

All such judgments must mention the presence of the public prosecutor.

La minute de l’arrêt rendu après délibération de la cour d’assises ainsi que la minute des arrêts rendus par la cour sont signées par le président et le greffier.

Tous ces arrêts doivent porter mention de la présence du ministère public.
