Article 407 of the French General Tax Code

The harvest, production and stock declarations provided for in the European regulations adopted for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 are compulsory and subscribed to the competent authority by the persons and under the conditions provided for in the European regulations and in accordance with the procedures specified by decree.

From 1 January 2017, the declarations mentioned in the first paragraph and the declarations of enrichment, acidification, deacidification or concentration of wines provided for in point 4 of Section D of Part I of Annex VIII to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the common organisation of agricultural markets and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 shall be submitted electronically.

Les déclarations de récolte, de production et de stock prévues par la réglementation européenne prise pour l’application du règlement (UE) n° 1308/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 décembre 2013 portant organisation commune des marchés des produits agricoles et abrogeant les règlements (CEE) n° 922/72, (CEE) n° 234/79, (CE) n° 1037/2001 et (CE) n° 1234/2007 du Conseil sont obligatoires et souscrites auprès de l’autorité compétente par les personnes et dans des conditions prévues par la réglementation européenne et selon des modalités précisées par décret.

A compter du 1er janvier 2017, les déclarations mentionnées au premier alinéa ainsi que les déclarations des opérations d’enrichissement, d’acidification, de désacidification ou de concentration des vins prévues au point 4 de la section D de la partie I de l’annexe VIII au règlement (UE) n° 1308/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 17 décembre 2013 portant organisation commune des marchés des produits agricoles et abrogeant les règlements (CEE) n° 922/72, (CEE) n° 234/79, (CE) n° 1037/2001 et (CE) n° 1234/2007 du Conseil sont souscrites par voie électronique. ;
