Article 421-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The same project may not, for the same expenses, benefit from both aid granted in application of this chapter and other aid granted by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, unless an exemption is granted by the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée when the development of the project involves a change in its duration, format or economic model.

Article 421-3

Un même projet ne peut, pour les mêmes dépenses, bénéficier à la fois d’une aide attribuée en application du présent chapitre et d’une autre aide attribuée par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, sauf dérogation accordée par le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée lorsque l’évolution du projet implique une modification de sa durée, de son format ou de son modèle économique.
