Grants are awarded and their amount is determined by taking into consideration:
1° The quality and originality of the visual proposal;
2° The appropriateness of the technical choices relating to visual effects and the artistic project;
3° The conditions for financing the work;
4° The prospects for distributing the work, particularly on the international market;
5° The amount of expenditure.
