Article 621-8 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Production expenditure corresponding to work carried out in France by companies established in France must amount to a minimum of:
1° For cinematographic works: €1,000,000;
2° For audiovisual works in the fiction genre: €300,000;
3° For audiovisual works in the creative documentary genre: €150,000.

Les dépenses de production correspondant à des travaux effectués en France par des entreprises établies en France, s’élèvent à un montant minimum de :
