Requests for mutual assistance shall be executed, depending on the case, by the anti-terrorist public prosecutor or the investigating judge in Paris, who shall act throughout the national territory in the presence, where appropriate, of the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court or his representative, or any other person mentioned in the request from the International Criminal Court.
The minutes drawn up in execution of these requests are sent to the International Criminal Court by the authorities competent under Article 87 of the Statute.
In urgent cases, certified copies of the minutes may be sent directly and by any means to the International Criminal Court. The minutes shall then be transmitted in the manner provided for in the preceding paragraphs.
