Article 627-3 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The execution on French territory of the precautionary measures referred to in Article 93(1)(k) of the Staff Regulations shall be ordered, at the advanced expense of the Treasury and in accordance with the procedures laid down in this Code, by the Counter-Terrorism Public Prosecutor. The maximum duration of these measures is limited to two years. They may be renewed under the same conditions before the expiry of that period at the request of the International Criminal Court.

The Anti-Terrorism Public Prosecutor shall transmit to the competent authorities, pursuant to Article 87 of the Statute, any difficulties relating to the execution of these measures, so that the consultations provided for in Articles 93(3) and 97 of the Statute may be carried out.

L’exécution sur le territoire français des mesures conservatoires mentionnées au k du paragraphe 1 de l’article 93 du statut est ordonnée, aux frais avancés du Trésor et selon les modalités prévues par le présent code, par le procureur de la République antiterroriste. La durée maximale de ces mesures est limitée à deux ans. Elles peuvent être renouvelées dans les mêmes conditions avant l’expiration de ce délai à la demande de la Cour pénale internationale.

Le procureur de la République antiterroriste transmet aux autorités compétentes, en vertu de l’article 87 du statut, toute difficulté relative à l’exécution de ces mesures, afin que soient menées les consultations prévues aux articles 93, paragraphe 3, et 97 du statut.
