The examining magistrate may have any comparison documents handed over to him by whomever he sees fit and seize them. These shall bear his signature and that of the clerk, who shall make a descriptive record of them as stated in the preceding article.
Le juge d’instruction peut se faire remettre par qui il appartiendra et saisir toutes pièces de comparaison. Celles-ci sont revêtues de sa signature et de celle du greffier qui en fait un acte descriptif comme il est dit à l’article précédent.
