If the Investigating Chamber considers that the information communicated by the issuing Member State in the European arrest warrant is insufficient to enable it to rule on the surrender, it shall request the judicial authority of that State to provide the necessary additional information within a maximum of ten days of receipt.

Si la chambre de l’instruction estime que les informations communiquées par l’Etat membre d’émission dans le mandat d’arrêt européen sont insuffisantes pour lui permettre de statuer sur la remise, elle demande à l’autorité judiciaire dudit Etat la fourniture, dans le délai maximum de dix jours pour leur réception, des informations complémentaires nécessaires.
