Article 695-45 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The investigating chamber may also, where this is possible and the person sought consents, agree to the temporary transfer of the latter in accordance with the forms provided for in the articles 695-28 and 695-29, the first to third paragraphs of article 695-30, and the last paragraph of l’article 695-31, it being for the judicial authority of the issuing Member State to send the person back to attend hearings concerning him or her.

The decision shall be given at the hearing. It shall be immediately enforceable.

La chambre de l’instruction peut également, lorsque cela est possible et que la personne recherchée y consent, accepter le transfèrement temporaire de cette dernière selon les formes prévues aux articles 695-28 et 695-29, aux premier à troisième alinéas de l’article 695-30, et au dernier alinéa de l’article 695-31, à charge pour l’autorité judiciaire de l’Etat membre d’émission de la renvoyer pour assister aux audiences la concernant.

La décision est rendue à l’audience. Elle est immédiatement exécutoire.
