Article 695-48 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The request for a transit authorisation shall be accompanied by the following information:

– the identity and nationality of the person sought;

– an indication of the existence of a European arrest warrant;

– the nature and legal classification of the offence;

– the date, place and circumstances in which the offence was committed and the degree of participation in it by the person sought.

La demande d’autorisation de transit est accompagnée des renseignements suivants :

– l’identité et la nationalité de la personne recherchée ;

– l’indication de l’existence d’un mandat d’arrêt européen ;

– la nature et la qualification juridique de l’infraction ;

– la date, le lieu et les circonstances dans lesquels l’infraction a été commise ainsi que le degré de participation à celle-ci de la personne recherchée.
