This section shall apply to the exchange of information referred to in Article 695-9-51 between French asset recovery offices and the competent authorities of States party to any convention containing provisions on the tracing, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds of crime.
La présente section est applicable à l’échange des informations mentionnées à l’article 695-9-51 entre les bureaux de recouvrement des avoirs français et les autorités compétentes des Etats parties à toute convention contenant des dispositions relatives au dépistage, à la saisie et à la confiscation des produits du crime.
