Article 696-58 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The judicial authority that ordered the placement under judicial supervision or the public prosecutor sends a certified copy of the decision to place the person under judicial supervision, the certificate provided for in Article 696-53, as well as a translation of this certificate, either into one of the official languages of the executing State, or into one of those of the institutions of the European Union accepted by that State.

Article 696-58

L’autorité judiciaire ayant ordonné le placement sous contrôle judiciaire ou le ministère public transmet une copie certifiée conforme de la décision de placement sous contrôle judiciaire, le certificat prévu à l’article 696-53, ainsi qu’une traduction de ce certificat, soit dans l’une des langues officielles de l’Etat d’exécution, soit dans l’une de celles des institutions de l’Union européenne acceptées par cet Etat.
