Recognition and monitoring of a judicial supervision order issued by the competent authority of another State may be refused only in the cases provided for in Articles 696-73 and 696-74.
In the absence of one of the grounds for refusal provided for in the same articles 696-73 and 696-74, the liberty and custody judge shall recognise the decision to place the person under judicial supervision as enforceable on the territory of the Republic and shall without delay take the measures necessary for its enforcement, subject to compliance with the period during which the issuing State may withdraw the certificate.
