During the monitoring of supervision measures, the liberty and custody judge may at any time invite the competent authority of the issuing State to provide information as to whether monitoring of the measures is still necessary.
The liberty and custody judge shall inform the competent authority of the issuing State without delay of any breach of a measure and of any other finding that may lead to the review, withdrawal, modification of the judicial supervision measures ordered or to the issue of an arrest warrant or any other decision having the same effect.
The liberty and custody judge shall also inform the competent authority of the issuing State, by any means that leaves a written record, of any change of residence of the person concerned.
