Where the use of audiovisual means of telecommunication is possible only with the person’s agreement, the latter shall make known his agreement within five days of being informed of the date of the hearing and the fact that the use of such means is envisaged.
Where recourse to such means is not possible because the person refuses, the latter must make his refusal known at the time he is informed of the date of the hearing and of the fact that recourse to such means is envisaged.
The person who has agreed to recourse to such means must make his refusal known at the time he is informed of the date of the hearing and of the fact that recourse to such means is envisaged.
A person who has agreed to the use of a means of audiovisual telecommunication in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph or who has not objected to it in the cases provided for in the second paragraph may not subsequently refuse it.
