The aid schemes referred to in Articles 711-1 and 711-2 are taken under exempted framework scheme no. SA. 46706, relating to aid for international co-development and international co-production of cinematographic or audiovisual works, adopted on the basis of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty, set out in the Annex hereto.
Les dispositifs d’aides mentionnés aux articles 711-1 et 711-2 sont pris en application du régime cadre exempté n° SA. 46706, relatif aux aides en faveur du codéveloppement international et de la coproduction internationale des œuvres cinématographiques ou audiovisuelles, adopté sur la base du règlement (UE) n° 651/2014 de la Commission du 17 juin 2014 déclarant certaines catégories d’aides compatibles avec le marché intérieur en application des articles 107 et 108 du traité, figurant en annexe du présent livre.
