The provisions of this Book shall apply before all the courts of the judicial order adjudicating in civil, commercial, social, rural or industrial matters, subject to the special rules for each matter and the provisions specific to each court.

Les dispositions du présent livre s’appliquent devant toutes les juridictions de l’ordre judiciaire statuant en matière civile, commerciale, sociale, rurale ou prud’homale, sous réserve des règles spéciales à chaque matière et des dispositions particulières à chaque juridiction.
