Article 773 of the French Code of civil procedure

The court clerk shall immediately notify the lawyers whose constitution is known to him of the registration number in the general register, the day and time set by the president of the court for the appeal of the case and the chamber to which it is distributed.

This notice is given to lawyers whose incorporation is not yet known, as soon as the copy of the incorporation deed is handed to the clerk’s office.

Le greffier avise aussitôt les avocats dont la constitution lui est connue du numéro d’inscription au répertoire général, des jour et heure fixés par le président du tribunal pour l’appel de l’affaire et de la chambre à laquelle celle-ci est distribuée.

Cet avis est donné aux avocats dont la constitution n’est pas encore connue, dès la remise au greffe de la copie de l’acte de constitution.
