Article 821-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Grants are awarded and their amount determined in the light of :
1° the ambition and cultural interest of the actions undertaken and their coherence, particularly with regard to the size of the establishment and the size of the conurbation in which it is located;
2° the diversity and effectiveness of the actions undertaken;
3° the methods used to mediate with young people and the level of their professional quality;
4° the partnerships set up;
5° the ambition of the communication strategy developed;
6° the involvement of young people in the action programme;
7° the links and coherence, where applicable, between the actions carried out and school-time activities;
8° the human resources devoted to the action programme.

Article 821-4

Les aides sont attribuées et leur montant déterminé en considération :
1° De l’ambition et de l’intérêt culturels des actions menées et de leur cohérence, notamment au regard de la taille de l’établissement et de la taille de l’agglomération dans laquelle il est situé ;
2° De la diversité et de l’efficacité des actions menées ;
3° Des modalités de médiation avec le public jeune mises en place et du niveau de leur qualité professionnelle ;
4° Des partenariats mis en place ;
5° De l’ambition de la stratégie de communication développée ;
6° De l’implication du public jeune dans le programme d’actions ;
7° De l’articulation et de la cohérence, le cas échéant, entre les actions menées et les activités relevant du temps scolaire ;
8° Des moyens humains consacrés au programme d’actions.
