Article 831-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The total amount of sums allocated under the provisions of this Title may not exceed the following ceilings:
1° With regard to the sums invested, 35% of the sums entered on 31 January 2023 in the automatic account opened for the institution concerned or in the automatic accounts grouped into circuits ;
2° With regard to advances, 30% of the amount resulting from the application of the coefficients provided for in article 232-16 to the amount of the sums entered in the automatic account opened in respect of the institution concerned or in the automatic accounts grouped into circuits between 1 February 2022 and 31 January 2023;
3° In the event of cumulative investment of sums in the automatic account and advances, the higher of the two amounts resulting from the application of 1° and 2°.

Article 831-4

Le montant total des sommes allouées en application des dispositions du présent titre ne peut excéder les plafonds suivants :
1° En ce qui concerne les sommes investies, 35 % des sommes inscrites au 31 janvier 2023 sur le compte automatique ouvert au titre de l’établissement concerné ou sur les comptes automatiques regroupés en circuits ;
2° En ce qui concerne les avances, 30 % du montant résultant de l’application des coefficients prévus à l’article 232-16 au montant des sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique ouvert au titre de l’établissement concerné ou sur les comptes automatiques regroupés en circuits entre le 1er février 2022 et le 31 janvier 2023 ;
3° En cas de cumul d’investissement de sommes sur le compte automatique et d’avances, le montant le plus élevé entre les deux montants résultant de l’application du 1° et du 2°.
