The power of attorney for the purposes of compensation given to the plaintiff in the action by virtue of the interested party’s membership of the group shall constitute authority to carry out on behalf of the latter all procedural acts and steps with a view to obtaining compensation for the loss suffered by it and falling within the scope of the group action, in particular for the exercise of remedies.
The power of attorney shall entail the advance by the plaintiff in the action of all expenses and costs relating to the proceedings and representation of the interested parties during the course of any investigative measures and during the legal action seeking compensation.
The mandate shall entail the advance payment by the claimant of all expenses and costs relating to the proceedings and the representation of the interested parties during any investigative measures and during the legal proceedings to obtain compensation for the damage suffered.
The interested party may terminate the group action at any time.
The interested party may terminate the mandate at any time. He must inform the claimant of this by any means that allows receipt to be acknowledged and the claimant must inform the person declared liable without delay. Revocation of the mandate entails renunciation of membership of the group.
