Article 875 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For the application of article 768-1, the powers of the national criminal record are exercised by the registry of the court of first instance, which receives, in the case of legal entities whose registered office is within the jurisdiction of the court and after checking their identity using the territorial register of companies and establishments, records of the convictions and declarations mentioned in 1° to 4° of the said article.

Pour l’application de l’article 768-1, les attributions du casier judiciaire national sont exercées par le greffe du tribunal de première instance qui reçoit, en ce qui concerne les personnes morales dont le siège se situe dans le ressort du tribunal et après contrôle de leur identité au moyen du répertoire territorial des entreprises et établissements, des fiches constatant les condamnations et déclarations mentionnées aux 1° à 4° dudit article.
